What is the first thing you ask yourself when you want to schedule your wedding date?
Is it, How do I get legally married in North Dakota? Or Where do I go to get a marriage license in North Dakota?
If you asked yourself this question here is the answer:
First things first! You and your fiance need to be 18 years old or older, if you are 16 or 17 you can still be married in ND with your parents permission!
You both need to go to your local courthouse to get the license, you will also need two witnesses and there is a $65 fee.
Once you get the license there is no waiting period and no blood test needed.
And no, you can’t marry your cousin in North Dakota!
